Healthy Church Workshop

Our church just went through a great Healthy Church Workshop today. It was invigorating, clarifying and exhausting. (See pic below as evidence -- there's two girls ready for a nap!)


Now that I've experienced it, I highly recommend these sessions to any church. Especially before they get as stuck and chaotic as ours has been. If nothing else, it's given us some great words to describe how dysfunctional we are... :-)

I'm impressed with our church's level of commitment to this process. It's not easy to be asked to dream again, to have patience and to face a myriad of the practicalities -- all at the same time! But we know that it's important, we trust that it's worth it, and we're already feeling the benefits. It's exciting!
